Item Details

An assortment of political items. The five pieces in this lot include a set of miniature Presidential playing cards with printed George Bush signatures. There is a Ronda Roush Studios painted porcelain trinket box for the state of Oklahoma and a medal from the 1988 Republican National Convention. The porcelain plate, marked ‘Lindner – Kueps Bavaria’ is number 2063 of 3000, ‘first issue 1973’ and decorated with ‘24 Carat Gold’, and ‘Made in Western Germany’. The set is completed with a Pickard china commemorative dish with gilding on the scalloped rim. It is marked to the center with the seal for the Department of Veterans Affairs and marked on the base ‘Presented by Secretary of Veterans Affairs The Honorable R. James Nicholson’.
