Vintage Oak Writing Desk

Item Details

A vintage oak writing desk. The top features a leather surface bordered by an oak frame with molded edging. A wide central drawer is flanked by two columns of two side drawers each, and accented by two spandrels below; all drawers have brass-toned bail pulls with batwing plates and dovetail joinery for stability. The entire desk rises on four turned columnar legs, joined by side stretchers and terminating in spade feet with metal casters.

Condition

- some fading and watermarks to the leather top, one spandrel is broken off but is included to be reattached.
