A low-backed oak armchair with two side tables. The chair has a straight crest rail with two apple finials and wide, straight arms with terminals carved as a lion’s paw. The detachable back and seat cushions are upholstered in a zig-zag pattern in golds and tans, on a cream background, and the double apron features a carved floral centerpiece, while the entire chair rises on short turned legs with apple feet. Each table features a similar dark oak finish with a checkerboard pattern to the top with crossbanded borders and molded edges; four spiral-turned columns rest on a solid plinth base.
