A Chinese inspired jewelry box by George Zee & Company. This rectangular top jewelry box features a central, brass tone longevity medallion plate and applied decorative corners opening on two hinges to a lined interior storage space. The jewelry box features a brass tone drop lock to the top and two full width drawers with brass tone handles opening to additional lined storage compartments. The side panels feature brass tone bail handles and rests on bracket feet. This piece is marked ‘George Zee & Co Z-18784 Made in Hong Kong’ to a plate.
