A circa 19th century crayon enlargement photograph of a boy. This sepia tone photograph depicts a young child posed in front portraiture, resting one hand on the arm of a chair accented with tassels. He stares forward pensively, adorned in a tuxedo and matching pants. The work is presented behind glass in a gold tone wooden frame featuring moulded leaf and scroll patterning, as well as a ribbed cream liner. To the verso is affixed hanging wire.

- glass could be cleaned more thoroughly; foxing present; a few small patches where image has faded.
