A hot cast brass reproduction statue after an original by Pierre Jules (PJ) Mene (French, 1810-1879).This depicts a standing horse, right front leg lifted, and head slightly turned to the left. It is presented on an oval of ground, mounted to a black oval base. It is signed in the mold ‘P.J. Menes’
Condition
- some dust in the crevasses.
