An oil painting on board of a late 19th-century scene by listed Italian artist Antonio Gravina (b. 1934). The painting depicts two women dressed in late 19th-century dresses walking together through a street sorrounded by doves. Signed by the artist to the lower right. An illegible inscription including artist signature and a ‘Made in Italy’ stamp are present to the verso. The work remains unframed.

Antonio Gravina began painting at age fifteen and acquired his artistic training at the Art Institute in Milan. Gravina’s landscapes and cityscapes have been exhibited in Italy, Germany, Australia, Canada and the United States.
