A Cartier 18K gold and 1.28 ctw diamond watch. This watch was originally 18K yellow gold and has been plated with white gold. This watch features a round clock case with a white dial, black hands and Roman numeral hour markers, and a decorative link bracelet. The rim a lugs are set with round brilliant cut diamonds. There is also a diamond crown accent.
