Musical Jewelry Box on Easel
Item Details
A musical wood jewelry box with folding wood display easel. The rectangular musical wood jewelry box is embellished on the lid with an offset lithograph print depicting a country genre scene. The box has a brass tone clasp and opens to reveal a red fabric lined interior with divided compartments for jewelry. The underside has a key knob for turning on the music box, which is marked ‘TOYO’. The music box mechanism is marked ‘Japan’. The box comes with a decorative, gilded wood display easel, which can be collapsed. Not marked.
