An oil portrait on canvas of an elite 18th-century woman by Italian artist Carlo Pizzato (b. 1916). This full-body portrait features a young woman in a decadent 18th-century dress, holding a flower in her left hand. She stands in a peaceful landscape populated with flowering bushes, trees, and mountains silhouetted against a cloudy blue sky. No signature was found on the painting. It is presented in an ornate bronze-tone gesso frame with scrolling foliate molding. A descriptive label and a short bio of the artist from W.T. Burger Company are present to the verso.

- signs of in-painting scattered throughout; painting has been refinished with varnish; craquelure present throughout painting underneath varnish; some wear in frame includes scratches, stains, small chips, cracks, and discoloration throughout.
