An oil painting on canvas of a harbor scene by listed German artist Erich Paulsen (b. 1932). Portrayed with thick gestural impasto and vibrant colors, this work features boats lined along a harbor populated with small village buildings. The painting is signed to the lower right and to the verso; a descriptive label and a short bio of the artist from W.T. Burger Company are present to the verso. The painting is presented in a gilt and gesso frame with a twirling leaf molding.
