Vintage Hartmann Custom Crafted Luggage
Item Details
A collection of vintage custom crafted Hartmann luggage. The luggage is unique with an ivory colored background with a stitched floral design in brown. The straps, handles and accents are in brown leather. The set includes large and small rectangular pieces, a hand held satchel piece and a rectangular cosmetic shoulder bag. The pieces are marked Hartmann on the locks and the interior labels are marked ‘Hartmann Custom Crafted’. Circa 1940-1950. Per the consignor, ‘My aunt was the millinery buyer for Lazarus as I recall being told and this is the luggage that she used when she traveled for them.’
