A 14K yellow gold sapphire openwork brooch. This openwork brooch has alternating shapes of milgrain detailed rays and matching thin strips that are adorned with dots and stars. In the center is a prong set white sapphire. It has a folding bail so that it can be worn as a brooch or pendant.
