A graphite drawing and watercolor on paper of a man by listed artist Rachel Reckitt (1908 – 1995). Signed by hand to the lower left corner, the piece depicts a white bearded man wearing overalls and sitting in a cushioned chair in an interior setting. The watercolor is presented under a single layer of white matting. The name of the artist is also present to the the verso of the matting.

Condition

- some foxing on mat and paper; a few small tears around edges; paper adhered to mat.
