An original ink illustration on paperboard by well-listed Minnesotan Western genre artist Lorence F. Bjorklund (1911 – 1978). The drawing depicts a man hiding in a tuft of shrubby bushes watching a crowd race past on horseback. Illegible notes are written across the lower margin. The drawing is initialed in ink to the lower left, and the artist’s estate stamp is visible to the verso. The drawing is presented without matting or framing.
