A framed hand-made needlepoint vignette. The piece depicts a Chinese-style fantastical scene with two dragons and a chimerical creature that appears to be a nude woman with a bird’s head (possibly a phoenix) amid the petals of yellow, blue, and pink lillies. The unsigned needlepoint is presented behind glass, housed in an ornate, gilded wood and gesso frame with a wire on the reverse for hanging.

- minor scuffs and chips on the frame.
