1786 Three-Volume "Bibliotheca Concionatorum Moralis Evangelica"

A collection of the first three volumes of an eighteenth-century religious work by Vincent Houdry and the Society of Jesus, fully titled Bibliotheca Concionatorum Moralis Evangelica, Ethices Chriſtianæ præcipua continens argumenta; ordine Alphabetico digeſta, & Supplementis fuo loco poſtis aduacta: e Gallico ſermone in Latinum translata. This Latin edition of the work, which was first published in French circa 1700 as part of Houdry’s Bibliothèque des Predicateurs (Preachers’ Library), was published in 1786 by Sebastian Coleti of Venice. The three folio volumes are bound in half vellum with marbled boards.
