A set of two landscape works on paper. Featured is an oil painting on canvas board by artist W. Clinton. The piece depicts a winter mountain landscape scene with a frozen stream to the foreground. It is signed in black paint to the lower left and presented without glass in a decorative wooden frame with hanging wire to the verso. Also featured is a color lithograph on paper after an illustration by Williams. The image depicts two cloaked figures standing among Mediterranean architecture. It is signed in plate to the lower left and presented under glass in a gold tone wooden frame.

- to Fair; heavy wear and chipping along edges of painting frame, with frame joints not fully flush; toning to print; scratching, chips and small holes to print frame, with some residue present under glass; no hanging hardware present to print frame.
