A collection of hand thrown and cast stoneware tableware and decor. Included are a copper lusterware pitcher with low relief floral decoration, marked ‘Boone’ to the underside. Also included is a thrown and altered console or serving bowl with a central well surrounded by impressed swirling lines and other patterning. Included is a hand thrown stoneware French butter keeper, having a fitted lid. The butter keeper is a covered vessel with a flat lid and cylindrical reservoir. The lid has a deep reservoir, used to fill with butter. The base is partially filled with with water and when the filled lid is placed in the base, the butter stays fresh and spreadable. It has a striated sage and pale blue semi-matte glaze. It is marked in the surface to the base ‘Lee 10-2’.
