After Maurice Legendre and Howard Chandler Christy Offset Lithographs
Item Details
A grouping of offset lithographs after listed artists Howard Chandler Christy (American, 1873-1952) and Maurice Legendre (French, 1928 – ). The Legendre print is after a watercolor depicting a Parisian bookseller with Notre Dame in the background. The larger Christy print is titled, Fisherman’s Luck and dated 1909. The other Christy print depicts a woman fencer and is dated 1901. Each is signed in plate and presented under glass with vintage wood frames.
