An East Asian gouache painting on silk of a landscape. This painting depicts a lone pagoda tucked within a rocky cliffside, which is accented to the foreground by a cascading waterfall and small sailboat navigating the open waters. To the distance are large, rolling mountains clustered with trees on the surface. The painting is presented under glass and is contained by a silk, ornately patterned border. This is placed in a stained wooden frame featuring bamboo motifs and hanging wire to the verso.
