Item Details
A set of two pastel and charcoal illustrations on paper. Each work depicts a stark landscape scene with grey skies, black trees and a lone house on the horizon. The drawings are rendered in a muted palette of blue, grey and brown. Each is signed by hand to the lower right with a signature that appears to read ‘Zvenert’; however no clear artist attribution could be made. The works are also titled by hand to the lower left in graphite. The drawings are matted in tan and presented under glass in black frames with hanging brackets to the verso.
Condition
- toning and foxing to paper; slight wear to frames.
