An antique Japanese porcelain large bowl. Per consignor, the bowl is attributed to the Arita region and features an overall hand painted blue design with oversized flowers. To the center, there is a stream with two fish swimming. No marks to indicate a manufacturer.

- to the underside a pervious owner wrote in marker “#834 Edo 1810-40 Peridot Imari/Arita”
