An original oil landscape painting on canvas by well-listed American artist Rod Goebel (New Mexico; 1946 – 1993), titled Evening Pines. The image depicts American Southwest landscape of tall, coniferous trees glowing in the setting sun during the Golden Hour. Water flows around small shrubs and vegetation below, irrigating the lush terrain. Artist signature is signed in paint to the lower left. This work is mounted under a linen liner in a beveled wood frame with a mottled gold leaf finish, equipped to hang. The title of the piece is marked to the verso.
