An original signed 1994 hand-drawn ink comic by contemporary American cartoonist Jim Borgman (1954-), best-known for his political cartoons, illustrations for the Cincinnati Enquirer, and the comic strip Zits. This comic was created for publication in the Cincinnati Enquirer. It depicts a satirical image of Bill Clinton and Hillary Rodham Clinton speaking to an IRS agent about their taxes. The drawing is signed and dated to the lower right. It is matted in pale heather gray with black lining and is presented behind glass in a tiered wooden frame with a hanging wire.
