Item Details
An original watercolor painting on heavyweight rag paper by American landscape painter Keith Fay (Nebraska/Wyoming, 1920 – 2008), titled _Springtime and Mt. Moran. The painting depicts the peak, located in the Grand Tetons, rising above a grove of silhouetted coniferous trees. The piece is signed and titled in ink to the lower edge of its matting. It is double-matted in white and chartreuse and is presented behind glass in a wooden frame with a hanging wire.
Condition
- to fair. Significant foxing to upper edge of painting. Painting seems to have slipped slightly within matting.
