Wooden Storage Chest

Item Details

A wooden storage chest. This small chest features a hinged lid adorned with pierced scroll appliques to the corners, and brass-toned nail head accents. The case surface undulates and features the same pierced scroll appliques to the the four corners, the sides, and the keyhole escutcheon. The keyhole is surrounded by four brass-toned nail heads. Molded trim accents the bottom edges of the case, and it stands on bun feet to the front.

Condition

- wood appears to have shrunk in certain spots or was not precisely measured upon construction, with many gaps between sections and at joints; wood has small amount of cracks throughout interior and exterior; key is included, but box doesn’t lock.
