A vintage Korean style chest. This rectangular top chest features two cabinet doors with vertical brass tone bail handles opening to two aligned drawers above an open storage space. The cabinet sits on a base with scalloped apron and hoof style legs terminating on plank feet. The cabinet front features a figured border and Campaign style brass tone hardware with pierced detail and carved floral motif. The cabinet features a decorative central plate and lock with red fringe detail. There are no visible maker’s marks.
