Set of Eight Oak Louis XV Style Dining Chairs by Trouvailles
Item Details
A set of eight oak Louis XV style dining chairs by Trouvailles Inc. of Watertown, Massachusetts. Each of the two armchairs has a high balloon back with a curved crest rail, brown woven cane backs, and partially upholstered open arms with curved and molded supports; each of the six side chairs features a peanut-shaped back with a carved cresting over an upholstered back. All eight chairs have padded and upholstered seats with carved aprons and rising on four ornate cabriole legs terminating in scroll feet. All upholstery is in a Southwest-style fabric in shades of gold, orange, and crocodile green, on a beige background.

Condition
