Item Details
An offset lithograph on paper after an illustration titled Pileated Woodpecker by ornithologist and artist, John J. Audubon. This print depicts several woodpeckers perched on a rotting tree branch. The title and artist’s name are inscribed in-plate to the lower margins. It is presented behind glass in a wooden frame with a metal hanging wire and paper backing to the verso.

-toning and foxing present throughout print; slight wear throughout frame’s finish.
