A pair of forty-eight star United States flags. This pair of three foot by five foot forty-eight star United States flags, the official flag of the United States from July 4 1912 until July 3, 1949, each feature thirteen red and white stripes that signify the thirteen colonies and a blue field with forty-eight white stars, one for each state of the union at that time. One flag is labeled “Martin’s Flag Company Fort Dodge, Iowa” to one edge and is mounted on a flag pole with a pointed finial, the other flag is marked ‘Premier’ to one edge and is mounted on a flag pole with a round finial.
