An 1863 one dollar note from the Confederate States of America. The center venette is Clement Comer Clay, Confederate senator from Alabama. Hand signed. Issued on April 6th, 1863. See pictures for more details. Approximately 7 1/8′ × 3 1/8’. Circulated. Poor condition. Torn corner and hole in paper where signature is.
