Chinese Ceramic Child Reading Bookend

A Chinese ceramic bookend. This piece is shaped like a stack of books with black longevity medallions and scroll design. There is a child figure seated on the stack of books reading a smaller book. The child has long black hair and is dressed in a green long-sleeve shirt with black scroll designs and a blue pair of paints with a cloud pattern. The underside is marked ‘Made in China’.
