Item Details

A vintage carved trinket box. This rectangular top box with dome lid features an acanthus leaf carved detail flanking a landscape scene inlay opening on double brass tone hinges to an interior storage space with mirror. The exterior panels feature carved S-scroll detail to the front and back panels with applied handles to the sides. This piece sits on carved feet. There are no visible maker’s marks.

Condition

- white stain on the edge of the lid; minor scratches and nicks throughout.
