A vintage German 835 silver footed teapot manufactured by M. H. Wilkens & Söhne. This teapot features a scrolled handle, a long spout, and a bulbous shape with a hinged lid accented by a steeple finial. The underside is marked ‘835.S’ with a maker’s mark, the crescent moon and crown mark for Germany as well as ‘6546, 10’. It has a total weight of 17.185 ozt including precious and non-precious materials. Pairs with 17LAX207-157.
