A 1944 edition of The Comedies and Tragedies of Shakespeare in four volumes. This set, comprising two volumes of comedies and two of tragedies, was published in 1944 by Random House of New York, and features illustrations by Fritz Kredel. The books are bound in green cloth on boards with gilt spine decoration and a blind stamped icon of William Shakespeare on the front covers.
