A mixed media artwork, appearing to use pen and airbrush, of a reclining couple, by artist John L. Eastman. This piece depicts a woman raising her head off her pillow, her partner facedown next to her. This circular work includes a verse from Ephesians, reading in part, ‘for this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife,’ and is signed by the artist to the lower right. The piece is matted under glass and is presented in a slim gold tone frame with a wire for hanging.
