Vintage Brass Samovar

Item Details

A vintage brass samovar. The samovar features a bulbous fluted shape in polished brass, having turned wood handles and knobs, with an open steam vent to top and decorative brass spigot. The tin lined samovar rests on a square self footed base being unmarked by the manufacturer. The samovar was purchased while traveling in Iran, per the consignor.

Condition

- with mineral deposits to tin lining and dents to exterior; discoloration at burner; the two wooden knobs have broken off of the top cover, included. Unknown if all parts are present. Untested.
