P. Regout Royal Sphinx Maastricht "Delfts" Wall Plates
Item Details
A set of two P. Regout Royal Sphinx Maastricht Delfts ceramic wall plates with Dutch scenes. Featured is a plate depicting a couple riding in a horse drawn carriage. Also included is a similar plate of a winter landscape scene depicting children playing on a frozen stream; the image is signed ‘J. Sonneville’ in plate to the lower right. Each plate features a floral border with scalloped edge. Both are marked ‘P. Regout, Royal Sphinx Maastricht, Made in Holland, Delfts’ to the underside and include hanging twine.
