Mid Century "Madeleine" Transferware by Hutschenreuther
Item Details
A set of vintage porcelain transferware. This lot is comprised of a bowl, round plate, oblong plate, lidded bowl, vegetable plate, and gravy dish. These pieces, by Hutschenreuther, were made in the 1940s in Hohenberg, Germany. They feature gilt rims and floral transfer designs. Marked ‘Madeleine’, ‘Hutschenreuther Hohenberg Bavaria’, and ‘Germany US Zone’.
Condition
- light marks to finish, discolorations with age; wear consistent with age and prior use.
