A Chinese wooden sculpture. This piece depicts Guanyin, the bodhisattva of compassion, in flowing robes holding the pearl of Light in her right hand and a scroll in her left. She is standing on a large fish and waves. The sculpture features a white finish and rests on a square, stepped wooden stand. It is unmarked.
