An oil painting on canvas and a pastel drawing on paper of clowns, titled A Crate For Waiting and Blue Clown by listed Austin artist, Brenda Polsky-Morgan Childs (1942-2008). A Crate For Waiting depicts a clown seated on a wooden crate against a background with vibrant circles. It is signed by hand to the lower right corner. Blue Clown depicts a sullen clown in a blue costume seated against a yellow background. It is signed by hand to the upper right margin. This selection is presented in wooden frames with hanging wires to the versos, one is presented under glass. Affixed to the versos are additional information on the works and a letter of provenance.

- dent to upper left of canvas; light wrinkling to paper; minor scuffing to frames; edge wear to frames; upper left corner of mat and glass are loose on pastel drawing; loose frame joints to both frames.
