A collection of floral porcelain tableware including Meissen. This collection features five serving platters and dishes comprised of porcelain with hand painted floral designs and gilt accents. The pieces include a plate with a scalloped edge marked ‘Bavaria Schumann Royal Dresdner Art’, a rectangular serving platter with rounded edges marked ‘Nymphenburg’, a reticulated circular plate bearing the Meissen sword mark, a footed dish marked ‘Rosenthal Kronach-Germany Moliere’, and a reticulated serving bowl marked ‘Schumann Bavaria’. The Meissen mark was used between 1815-1923, this selection was made during the latter part of that date range.
