An Ansonia Clock Company mantle clock. This black metal cased clock is faux marble painted with gilt paint on the Grecian structure. It has three Doric columns to either side of the face with a scrolled pediment decoration. It has a scrolled metal border around the circular face with Roman numerals. It is marked ‘Manufactured by Ansonia Clock Company, New York, United States of America’.
