A crystal vanity jar with a sterling silver lid by the Mauser Manufacturing Co. In the Rococo pattern, this features a round crystal body with an intricate system of cross-cut motifs, and a repoussé sterling silver lid with a blossom wreath surrounding a monogram. The lid is marked ‘sterling 925 1000 fine’, with the pictorial makers mark, and ‘1477 Rococo’. The approximate weight of the lid is 0.985 ozt.
