Item Details
An oil painting on canvas by Fermor. This depicts figures on a frozen river within a Dutch countryside, with a stepped roof village on the left, and windmills in the distance rising against the clouding sky. It is signed in the lower right and presented with a gold tone wooden frame with rocaille gesso ornamentation, with a linen lined inner border. A hanging wire is affixed on verso.
