Item Details
A vintage offset lithograph movie poster advertising XY & Zee. This poster advertises the 1972 film starring Elizabeth Taylor, Michael Caine, and Susannah York. It is numbered 71/217 in-plate to the lower margin and copyrighted by Columbia Pictures Industries. It is also marked ‘Litho in U,S,A,’ with the company’s mark. This work is presented behind acrylic glass with off-white matting in a yellow metal frame. Remnants of a label from Burchard Galleries Auction are present to the lower right corner of the glass. A label from Frame Factory and Gallery is present to the verso.
Condition
- spot of residue present to upper right; label to lower right is ripped; minor scratches and stains throughout frame.
