A vintage Benjamin Franklin toy cash register, manufactured by Kamkap Inc. This vintage toy cash register has embossed acanthus leaf decoration and a glass display cover. It features keys marked with figures ranging from one dollar to a penny which correspond to labeled tabs that pop up when the keys are pressed. It also has a mechanical cash drawer that opens when the sale is registered. Marked to the back ‘Mfg. by Kamkap Inc. 200 5th Ave N.Y.C., N.Y.’ and ‘Benjamin Franklin’ to the cash drawer.

Condition

- to fair. Crack in the glass cover. 10 cent and penny keys missing.
