A vintage cast-iron mechanical coin bank. This Monkey Bank works by inserting a coin into the monkey’s mouth and releasing the lever. It catapults the coin into a slotted box held by the organ grinder. Circa 1920 – 30s.

Condition

- operational when tested; wear to the painted surfaces; no key. Overall good vintage condition.
