A lot of three watercolor paintings on paper, one by artist Beverly A. Mathews and two that are signed simply ‘Cory’. The Beverly A. Matthews piece depicts a snowy forest of evergreen trees with birds flying overhead. It is signed to the lower right corner and has the artist’s card affixed to the verso. The first Cory piece depicts a southwestern desert landscape with a single tree growing alongside a stream that runs down the center of the piece. It is signed to the lower left corner. The final piece depicts a barn with a red roof and white side paneling in front of a green treeline. It is signed to the lower right corner. All three pieces are presented behind mats and glass in wood frames that are wired for hanging.

Condition

- mat liner and painting have shifted in frame for landscape with stream; toning to mat; all three have abrasions and wear to frames.
